When such things happen, I shall remind myself to sit back and watch and learn and not make too many grandiose plans. There is a time for quiet observation, and a time for decisive action. Irrational fears. Just make sure you get out there and do what you are afraid of (or what makes you afraid), just to prove you can. I was talking to my mom about exactly this today.
